Monkton Guitars Since 1989

Thanks for visiting Monkton Guitars.

We have been selling vintage guitars, amps, and effects for 29 years. We carry Fender®, Gibson®, Paul Reed Smith® (Pre 1991) and other fine vintage gear.

I started in 1989 with my best friend Bruce after visiting the Atlanta Guitar Show. The name came from my home town in Monkton, Maryland.

We ran Monkton Guitars as a web-based business for 29 years. In April 2019 I opened a brick and mortar store. We are located in beautiful Broomfield, Colorado at 1505 W 1st Ave.

Please come to visit the new store. We are open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Wednesday, 11:00 am to 6:00 pm Thursday and Friday and 11:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday.

All purchased instruments are carefully packed and shipped via FedEx or USPS. We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping costs will be quoted upon request.
