I started playing guitar, acoustic and electric in 1982. I started working on guitars about 1990, mostly setups, string changes and minor repairs.

I was fascinated with the traditional construction and sounds of the guitar.

Started building electric guitars about 1997, then archtop guitars and steel string guitars shortly after.

Classes included Classical Construction, Steel String Guitar Construction, Archtop Guitar Construction and Voicing, and Guitar classes in Acoustic Guitar Voicing.
