An exceptional sounding slope should acoustic built by Vince DeFrancis.  Solid spruce top with Indain rosewood sides and back.  LR Baggs pickup system.  In very good condition with player wear to the top.  No cracks or repairs.

Vince DeFrancis was a Denver based luthier who sold many of his instruments the the Denver Folklore Center.  He built exceptional sounding acoustic instruments that rarely come up for sale.  Like Max Krimmel and other regional Luthiers, Vince built fine acoustic guitars but has little noteritey outside of the Denver area.  From Dan McCrimmon, Isle of Skye Guitars; "Vince DeFrancis, a luthier friend, gave me rosewood for the back and sides, I cut the top out of local spruce, and I built my first guitar—number 0".
