PaymentWe accept payment through most credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal payment. Please call if paying via PayPal.
LayawayItems may be put on layaway for future purchases as follows: 25% deposit, balance in 60 days. No refunds on layaways. If a customer cannot execute the balance on the layaway within the specified 60 days, a late charge may be applied to the unpaid balance until paid.
Sales TaxThe sales tax laws are in a state of change. Our current policy is to not charge sales tax for out of state shipments. That policy is likely to change as more states seek to recover sales tax revenue. We will advise you if the sales tax is to be charged. For Colorado, sales tax will be determined based on the county sales tax where an item is shipped. The Broomfield sale tax is 8.15%.
ShippingWe ship via the most cost-effective carrier for your destination. Our general policy is to ship via FedEx Ground. We offer to add your email address to the FedEx tracking system so you get direct updates on the shipping status. We also use USPS and UPS.
Please note that all guitars and amps are shipped "signature required" to ensure that they won't be left unattended outside of your home
Shipping cost will be based on the weight of the item and we try and charge "our cost" for shipping based on the carrier and destination. International shipments will be handled on an individual case basis. Please contact us for International Shipments.
ReturnsUpon receipt of an item, you have a 48 hour approval period. This includes verification that the item is not damaged. If for some reason you elect to return an item, and that includes it was just not the guitar for you, please follow the process that follows:
1. The return must be initiated within 48 hours of receipt. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 303-484-1271 to let us know you are returning the guitar. A return authorization number [ RA# ] is required.
2. Guitar must be shipped back by the customer FULLY INSURED, signature required service.
3. The instrument must be returned in the EXACT same condition as it arrived.
You are responsible for any damages incurred on the return freight. We will not take any instrument back, nor issue any refund if the guitar is not in the same condition as when we originally shipped it out. All sales outside of the USA are final.
4. Upon receipt of the item in the as shipped condition we will refund the purchase in full.
